An Application for determining the educational level is submitted if the student lacks documents for more than the two previous academic years. 2. Together with the contract, parents submit the following documents: a copy of the child's birth certificate; a copy of the child's residence permit; a copy of the residence permit of one of the parents/guardians; a copy of the passport of one of the parents/guardians and the child (if any); a document on previous education (report card, certificate of achievement, etc.); for grades 10–11, a copy of the Certificate of Basic Secondary Education; a medical certificate; and the original personal file and original Certificate of Basic Secondary Education (for grades 10–11). 4.
