Introduction

International Ukrainian School of Lithuania – Vilnius Campus is part of the International Ukrainian School network, the largest Ukrainian school in Europe. It delivers Ukrainian-language education with a state-standard Certificate of Complete Secondary Education issued by Ukraine, and its programs are approved by Ukraine's Ministry of Education. In Lithuania, students study Lithuanian, English, and French from first grade. The Vilnius campus operates at two sites: Studentų g. 39 and A. Juozapavičiaus g. 11. The network includes branches in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, and Lentvaris. Established in 2022 at the initiative of the Embassy of Ukraine in Lithuania, the school serves about 2,700 students across Europe with around 200 teachers. More than 2,000 Ukrainian-language books fill the library, and MUSH Creative Workshop provides art education. Extracurriculars cover arts, music, and sports. The school preserves Ukrainian identity for families temporarily residing in Lithuania and enables graduates to pursue higher education in France and Lithuania.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- No public billing schedule, instalment plan, or standard payment-terms (due dates, penalties, etc.) is published for the Vilnius campus. The school lists an administrative self-service portal for administration tasks that may be used for enrolment or account management, but specific billing terms are not published.

Boarding fees (if applicable)

Other costs or fees (meals, uniforms, exams, extracurriculars)

- Meal/catering arrangements are documented through catering contract PDFs for Vilnius and related branches; meal provision is a separately documented cost element. Specific meal prices appear in catering contract documents rather than as part of a published tuition schedule.

- No published mandatory uniform fee, textbook fee schedule, exam fees, or standard extra-curricular fee schedule is available for the Vilnius campus. Any additional optional or ad hoc charges are not publicly listed.

Refund information

- No public listing of accepted payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, direct debit, etc.) is available for the Vilnius campus. The school provides administrative contact details and a self-service portal for administrative matters.

Practical notes for a parent using these facts

- Because no tuition, boarding, application, refund, or payment-method details are published, expect that precise fee figures and formal billing terms will be provided directly by the school at enquiry or during registration rather than published as a public fee schedule. The school publishes catering contracts and contact details for campuses in Vilnius, which indicates meal charges are separately arranged.

Brief summary of search and insufficiency

- Public site pages and the Documents section include catering-contract PDFs and campus contact information, but no public tuition schedule, per-year or per-term fees, application fees, boarding fees, refund policy, or explicit payment-method list was found for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 academic years. The available documents are limited to administrative and catering materials.
