History

Royal Russell School – Vilnius opened in September 2022 and currently educates pupils up to Year 9. It is backed by the Royal Russell School in London, forming part of the Royal Russell family. The school follows the English National Curriculum. A major expansion is planned for September 2026, including a brand-new extension of the building and boarding provisions.

Community

Open Door events invite families to explore the campus and meet staff. The Royal Russell SUNS group provides a parent community for younger children. Vilnius campus runs summer camps and other activities, and it shares news and updates through its site.

Parent-Teacher Association

Parent Handbook 2023-2024 documents the Parent Association and a Parental Complaints Procedure. The school maintains a formal Parent Association to coordinate parent involvement. A parent network named SUNS operates as part of the school's community. Parents are encouraged to participate in association activities and communications.

Royal Russell School Vilnius provides a British international education aligned with Royal Russell London. The campus teaches according to the English National Curriculum, with a Lithuanian year placement used for placement, and offers Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge A Levels. Ages 1 to 18 cover Nursery to Year 9 currently, with a major expansion planned for September 2026 that will extend the building and boarding provisions. The school sits in central Vilnius on the banks of the River Neris, with a building that will house a Junior School and EYFS, a Performing Arts Centre, a STEM centre, laboratories, libraries and outdoor spaces. A team of British-trained educators supports learners, and English-language proficiency is required to access the curriculum. The programme blends British and Lithuanian traditions in an internationally focused framework. The co-curricular programme includes Arts and Creative, Cultural and Language, and Leadership and Professional activities, alongside a Senior Performing Arts Group.
