The British School of Vilnius is chartered by The Schools Trust, a UK-registered, non-profit organisation. The Governing Body, known as The Schools Trust, consists of a Chairman of the Governing Body and several Trustees, who provide guidance and support to the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team responsible for the day-to-day management of the School. The Schools Trust governs member schools in line with the TST School Charter. The Trustees have established one of the largest networks of British International Schools worldwide, and BSV benefits from this heritage, resources, financial stability and staff recruitment capabilities that come with a group structure. The school operates from a modern campus in Vilnius as part of this governance framework and heritage.

The Parents' Connection is a fun, social and welcoming organisation that promotes interaction between parents and the school, acting as a meeting place for parents and facilitating fundraising activities for the school community and charitable causes. The Parents' Connection operates with clear goals, including organising events for the whole school community, fundraising for charity and school initiatives, supporting new families during their move to BSV, and coordinating activities that aid children during the school day including Lunch Mums and Dads and Reading Parents. The Parents' Connection is self-funding and its finances are transparent, used exclusively for charity or school events.
The Parents' Connection is the Parents' Association at BSV, formed to promote interaction between parents and the school community and to organise fund-raising activities for the school and charitable causes. All parents become members when their child joins the school, and can attend PC meetings to learn about the school's education sessions and meet the Senior Leadership Team. The PC's main goals are to provide events for the whole school community, to facilitate fundraising for charities and for school activities, to provide a welcoming atmosphere for new families, and to organise activities that assist children during the school day. The PC is not part of school governance; issues should be raised with the Headteacher if needed. The Parents' Connection is self-funding and raises funds solely to donate to charity or to support school events, with finances described as transparent.
