École Internationale Gaston Thorn - Secondary Campus

École internationale Gaston Thorn operates on multiple sites in Luxembourg. The Primary campus is in Kirchberg at 15, Rue Léon Hengen, L-1745 Luxembourg Kirchberg. The Primary site in Cessange is at 23, Rue Verte, L-2667 Luxembourg-Cessange. The Secondary campuses are in Merl at 17, Rue Marguerite de Brabant, L-1254 Luxembourg-Merl, and in Walferdange at 28, Route de Diekirch, L-7220 Walferdange. The Kirchberg and Merl campuses are in central Luxembourg City, the Cessange site is in the city's southern part, and the Walferdange campus lies to the northwest, with public transport access available to all locations.

Primary (P1–P5) taught in two language sections (English and French); Secondary (S1–S7) organised in three cycles (Observation S1–S3, Pre‑orientation S4–S5, Orientation S6–S7) with three language sections (English, French and German).

Public European school

Tailored student support is available, including General, Moderate and Intensive support; ACCU classes support new arrivals.

Luxembourg

The school is a full-day school from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. The compulsory timetable for all S1 is 8:00–15:35 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 8:00–12:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a 45-minute lunch break.

Bus service is provided via five lines: CE1, CE2, EIGT-3, EIGT-4 and EIGT-5. The service is free for students and registration is handled by Mr. David Baillon at the school secretariat. Buses run in the morning and at the end of the school day; there is no bus service after the school daycare.
