Billing schedule and payment terms
- For most sections the stated billing schedule is: payment is due at the start of each trimester on receipt of invoice; each trimester begun is payable in full. This is the stated practice for the French maternelle and élémentaire sections and for the Luxembourgish primary/Spillschoul/Grondschoul.
- For some secondary pages the published wording also specifies that each semester begun is due in full; invoices are nonetheless issued at the start of the billing period indicated on the invoice. Parents should expect payment requests at the start of each trimester/semester and that partial-term attendance does not reduce the amount due for that period.

Boarding
- No boarding provision is published; all sections describe day-time schedules, canteen and after-school care rather than any residential or boarding service. The school operates as a day school with morning arrival, midday canteen and afternoon care up to the evening.

Other costs and common extras
- Canteen / pause déjeuner: amounts vary by section (typical: EUR 142–149 per trimester for one day per week); the exact charge depends on the section.
- After-school activities and extracurricular clubs: many clubs and music lessons carry separate fees (examples in the activities catalogue show per‑year or per‑term charges and state that club cotisations are payable to the club provider). Some music lessons are charged per individual lesson (example: EUR 35 per 30-minute lesson). Club enrolments are often billed separately and may be non-refundable for the year.
- School materials and textbooks: for some sections the school purchases textbooks and routine supplies and will invoice these at the start of the year. Families should anticipate an additional one‑off charge for manuals and consumable school supplies at the start of the school year.
- Participation funds included in tuition: the published tuition figures explicitly include statutory contributions described as a “fonds d'investissement” and a “fonds de roulement.” The amounts included vary by section (examples from published tariffs):
- Maternelle: includes a fonds d'investissement EUR 450 per year and a fonds de roulement EUR 600 per year.
- Élémentaire / Grondschoul: includes a fonds d'investissement EUR 150 per year and a fonds de roulement EUR 600 per year.
- Collège / Lycées (secondary sections): include a fonds d'investissement EUR 75 per year and a fonds de roulement EUR 240 per year.
- Uniforms: no separate school uniform fee or uniform purchase programme is indicated in the published section pages or activity materials. (No uniform charge is published.)

Refund information
- Tuition: the published terms state that each billed period begun (trimester or, where specified, semester) is due in full; this indicates there is no pro‑rata refund for a period once it has started. Parents are therefore billed for whole billing periods.
- Extracurricular clubs and paid activity options: activity catalogues and club pages state that club registrations are for the full school year and that no refund will be given for the year in many cases. Specific club or external‑provider terms apply to some activities (for example, CGDEL/CSCE or external music teachers).

Fee payment options and bank details
- Published bank payment details for transfers are provided; the school lists two accounts for bank transfer payments (Bank and Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat and Banque Internationale à Luxembourg) with BIC/IBAN. Example IBANs published: IBAN LU28 0019 1000 2448 4000 (BCEE) and IBAN LU84 0022 1469 6102 8500 (BIL). These accounts are presented as the payment channels on tariff pages.
- Cheque-service vouchers are explicitly not accepted for school fees; they are reserved for certain child-care structures only.

Summary notes for parents
- Fees are published per trimester for the 2026/2027 academic year on the school's section pages; standard practice is trimester billing with invoices issued at the start of the billing period and the period begun payable in full. Per‑trimester amounts and sibling reductions vary by section as listed above. For paid clubs and certain optional services, separate charges apply and many club registrations are non‑refundable for the school year.
