Applicability and academic year
- The figures below apply to the 2025/2026 school year (use these amounts when preparing entries for the external database).

Application / registration fees
- There is no separate one-off “application fee” listed for standard enrolment; however, for Category III (fee-paying) pupils a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the annual school fee is required to confirm or maintain enrolment. Per-term / instalment detail (how the annual charge is billed)
- A deposit equal to 25% of the annual tuition is required up front. The remaining 75% is invoiced in October and must be paid within 30 days of that invoice. Parents who request instalment payment by the deadline may pay the remaining 75% in three equal instalments (25% each) on the dates set by the school (example instalment dates for 2025/26: 31 October, 31 January and 31 March). These instalments effectively divide the annual fee into quarters (25% + three 25% payments) when instalments are used.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The deposit invoice is issued in the spring (dates differ for new and continuing pupils) and the main invoice is issued in October; the balance is due within the stated deadline or in the authorised instalments if requested by the given cut-off. European School Luxembourg I is a multilingual school in Luxembourg City that delivers nursery, primary and secondary education within the European Schools framework.
