LLIS offers after-school extracurricular activities and directed studies as optional programs. The directed studies run Monday and Wednesday from 16:10, and Tuesday and Thursday from 14:20, with lower-class groups limited to 15 students. The after-school offer spans culture, technology, sports, sciences, art and music, providing opportunities to engage with staff and Junglinster associations. Inscriptions are opened at the start of each semester on a first-come, first-served basis via WebUntis, and three unexcused absences can lead to exclusion from the activity.
After-school activities include Atelier créatif (creative workshop), DJ sessions and Webradio/Podcast (On air), expanding creative expression beyond regular classes. These sessions run after school, for example from 14:20–16:00. The focus is on developing creativity and collaborative, hands-on projects outside the standard curriculum.
