1. The admissions process starts with completing the online enquiry form. The admissions team contacts the family to guide them through the next steps. Families may also visit the campus to experience the environment firsthand and inform their decision for the child.
2. Registration for admission is offered year-round. The academic year runs from January to November. A registration fee and a refundable security deposit apply to all registrations, and other fees payable at registration include the monthly school fee, the term fee for snacks/consumables and educational field trips, and insurance. There are no annual charges or readmission fees.
3. After registration and payment, the child's name is entered in the admission register and the child is allowed to join the class. An advance of two months' school fees is payable upon registration; thereafter, monthly school fees are paid in the first week of each following month. The school reserves the discretion to review and increase fees and all other fees, charges and deposits.
4. Entrance assessment & interview: All applicants are required to sit for an entrance assessment lasting approximately three hours; the assessment can be scheduled on weekdays between 8:00am and 3:00pm or Saturdays between 8:00am and 9:30am. Following the assessment, the Head of School conducts an interview with both the child and the parents. Parents will be informed of the outcome after review. If placement is offered and accepted, an Offer Letter is issued for enrolment.
5. Registration requirements: Upon acceptance, parents must complete and submit the registration form along with the following documents: two passport-sized photographs of the child, passport-sized photographs of both parents, a copy of the child's birth certificate, copies of the parents' identity cards, copies of any other relevant certificates, and payment of the registration fee, deposit and school fees.
