OIS provides an American-style education from Kindergarten through to Grade 12, encompassing Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School levels.

OIS offers a Learning Support program that assists students with mild to moderate learning difficulties. The program provides individualized support through the Arrowsmith Program, focusing on strengthening cognitive capacities to help students thrive in the general education classroom. Each student enrolled in Learning Support is provided with an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) developed by an Advocacy Team, which includes a school administrator, classroom teacher(s), parent(s), the Learning Support Coordinator, and the student (where applicable).
The school follows an American curriculum and is affiliated with the Oasis International Schools network, which operates schools in various countries, including the United States.

The school day runs from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Students have scheduled breaks and lunch periods throughout the day
OIS offers a school bus service to various locations, including Ara Damansara, Sunway, Klang, Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), Petaling Jaya, Dengkil, and Cyberjaya.
