Language Provision

English is the primary language of instruction. The school operates an English Language Learning (ELL) program to support multilingual students, using WIDA English Language Development Standards and ACTFL Standards. Oasis is a WIDA Focus School and uses measures such as the MAP assessments to monitor progress.

Immersion Programs

English Immersion Program (EIP) is designed for students in Grades 5–8 with limited English proficiency. It provides intensive English language development and content adapted to students' comprehension level, with progression to more advanced content as proficiency grows. Students receive English language instruction during core instructional periods and participate in age-aligned activities; the program is taught by Jenny Copus, who holds TESOL certification and has extensive ELL experience.
