How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process
1. Submit the Application and Required Documents.
Complete the Student Application Form provided by the school and gather all necessary supporting documents. These typically include copies of the child's birth certificate, passport-sized photos of the child and parents, copies of parents' identity cards or passports, the child's latest school report, and vaccination records. An application fee of RM1,000 for Foundation to Year 12, or RM300 for Early Years, is required at this stage.

2. Undergo Admissions Assessment and Interview.
Upon receipt of the complete application and fee, the Admissions Office will arrange an assessment session for your child. For Year 1 and 2 students, a literacy test is conducted. Students applying for Year 3 and above will sit for an online test covering English and Mathematics, which can be taken at the school or under supervision in their home country. An admissions interview with the relevant Head of School will also be conducted, requiring the presence of parents or legal guardians.

3. Receive Offer and Confirm Placement.
Following successful completion of the application procedures and assessment, the school will inform parents of their decision to offer a place. A formal Letter of Offer and an acceptance form will be issued. To secure the child's place, families must confirm acceptance and pay the stipulated Registration Fee and Deposit by the date mentioned in the offer letter.

Waitlist
The school operates a waitlist system for certain year groups. If an intake has reached its maximum enrollment capacity, prospective students may join a waitlist.

The school may contact waitlisted applicants when places become available, often prioritizing based on application submission date or specific school policies.

Scholarships and Financial Aid
