Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are invoiced three times per academic year and are payable at the commencement of each term. The billing instalments are due in August, January and April. Tuition may also be paid annually.
- When paying termly, fees are due 7 days before the commencement of each term; when paying annually, fees are due 7 days before the commencement of the academic year.

Deposit, refunds and withdrawal notice
- Deposit amount: based on the term fee (previous published schedules indicate a deposit equivalent to 50% of one term's fee). The deposit is a one‑time payment payable on issuance of the Letter of Acceptance.
- Refund conditions for the deposit: refundable provided one academic term's written notice of withdrawal is given, or when the student graduates, subject to the school's refund process. Registration and application fees are non‑refundable. Resource fees and some one‑off levies are charged annually and are non‑refundable.

What tuition does not include / other payable items
- The tuition fee excludes the cost of books, examination fees, field trips, school lunches, uniform, transportation and certain co‑curricular activities. Separate charges apply for paid CCA options, study trips, EAL/learning support where applicable, and external examination fees.

Late payment and penalties

Payment methods and instalment options
- Acceptable payment methods: cheque payable to KK Straits International Education Sdn Bhd; bank transfer (account details provided by the school); credit card payment in person at the School Finance Office. A 0% instalment plan (3 / 6 / 12 months) is available for Maybank credit cards. For bank transfers, proof of transaction should be sent to the school's finance department so invoices can be updated as paid.

Admissions

Admissions

1. Application. Submit a completed and signed Application Form, a signed Personal Data Protection Act notice, a signed SBIS Fee Category & Agreement, and the required documents listed in the admissions checklist, together with an Application Fee of RM1,200. The Application Fee covers administrative admission for the term and academic year applied for and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Payment may be made by cash, cheque (payable to LANG EDUCATION SDN BHD), online payment, credit card, or JomPay.

2. Assessment. The admissions department will schedule an entrance examination and interview for prospective students. Reception (Early Years) candidates undergo a written assessment plus an interview with the Deputy Principal/Head of School and a classroom observation. Primary candidates take an English and Maths entrance exam and participate in an interview plus classroom observation (for Year 1). Secondary candidates undertake an English, Maths and Science entrance exam and an interview. Admission depends on place availability, the student's previous or current school records, and satisfactory performance in the assessments. International students require a valid Student Pass or Dependent Pass, and the school may contact the previous school for references.

3. Review. After the assessments (and any required external references) are completed, decisions are typically made within 5–7 working days, though this may extend during periods of high application volume. The school may request additional information if needed.

4. Confirmation of Acceptance. A Letter of Offer or Conditional Letter of Offer is issued to successful applicants. Acceptance requires payment of the Registration Fee (RM8,000), a refundable Deposit, and the Term Fee within the timeline stated in the Offer. If unsuccessful, the applicant is informed of the reasons and no place is offered.

5. Pricing and documents. Pricing includes a RM1,200 application fee, a RM8,000 registration fee, and a refundable deposit equal to one term of school fee. Tuition Fee and Resources Fee are payable in 3 terms. The Deposit is refundable with written withdrawal notice submitted one term before the start of a new academic year/term and deposits are topped up as the student progresses to Years 1, 4, 7, and 10.
