ICTM is the International Creative Teaching Method used to cultivate outstanding, happy, and successful kids. ICTM integrates left-brain and right-brain learning. Left-brain learning covers languages, sciences, math and logic, and reading, with the syllabus delivered through activities, games, and exercises to build a solid academic foundation for Malaysia's primary schools. The approach prepares children for the primary-school syllabus in Malaysia.
Right-brain learning includes Project Management and Leadership Training, Art and Performance, and clubs such as violin, piano, and art. Children have weekly rehearsals in the school theatre and perform on stage at least three times a year. The approach aims to develop creativity and confidence through arts-inspired activities.
Languages are included in left-brain learning within ICTM. ICTM is designed to suit the needs of students in Malaysia and probably also students in Asia. The materials are presented in English and Chinese, reflecting a bilingual presentation of the International Creative Teaching Method.
Clubs such as violin, piano, and art provide social interaction and hobbies. The theatre program includes weekly rehearsals and stage performances. These activities support collaborative skills and personal enjoyment.
Project Management and Leadership Training are embedded in ICTM. Children run several projects in a year. These elements foster leadership, planning, and project-work skills.
Art and music activities support wellbeing and self-expression. Theatre activities provide opportunities for creative expression. The program emphasizes balanced development through creative and cognitive activities.
Tadika Kastil, or Castle Kindergarten, is an early childhood centre established in 2011 to provide preschool education with a focus on character building and creative development. Designed like a castle to spark imagination, Tadika Kastil offers programmes for children aged 3 to 6 and follows a curriculum that combines Montessori, Multiple Intelligences, and hands-on experiential learning. The Bukit Indah campus features bright classrooms, a nature learning garden, dedicated reading zones, and imaginative play areas that enhance learning through play and exploration. A unique element of Tadika Kastil is its Green Earth Programme, where children actively engage in gardening and environmental care.
