QSI International School of Malta offers a bespoke curriculum for learners aged 2 to 18, spanning preschool through secondary programs. The school employs a mastery-learning model in which students earn credit only after demonstrating mastery; time is a resource. Exit outcomes are organized into Knowledge, Competencies, and Success Orientations. Knowledge covers Mathematics, English/Literature, Cultural Studies, Science, Creative and Applied Arts, Languages Other Than English, and Personal Health and World Environmental Issues.
