Three lunch options are available: year‑round canteen menu, meal tickets, or a packed lunch. School catering is managed directly by École du Nord, with two on‑site canteen areas and meals prepared on site by two chefs.
École du Nord is governed by the École du Nord Association (AEN), a parent‑run body with a Management Board of twelve volunteer parents. The AEN approves the annual budget, employs teaching and non‑teaching staff under local contracts, and determines the school's main strategic directions in close collaboration with the leadership team, supported by commissions. The AEN also collaborates with Lycée des Mascareignes and co‑founded it with École du Centre.
École du Nord is a private international school in Mauritius, located in Village Labourdonnais–Mapou. It is accredited by the French Ministry of National Education and is part of the AEFE network, delivering a French curriculum with bilingual teaching in English and French for nursery through primary grades and diverse options in middle school. The school serves ages 3 to 15, welcoming students from 20 nationalities, with about 1,485 pupils taught by 100 teachers. The campus covers 50,000 square metres, with 75 classrooms, two libraries, a recording studio, science laboratories and digital technology rooms. Students dine on site in a kitchen and two canteens, and nap rooms support the youngest learners. Sports facilities include a gym, a football pitch, two basketball courts and a handball court, plus outdoor play areas.
