- Discounts: A 6% discount is applied for full‑year advance payment (payment required on or before 20 December). Sibling discounts apply to enrolment fees only (10% for the second child; 20% for the third and subsequent children). Discounts are cumulative.
- Late payment and consequences: Payments more than one week late may result in the school denying student entry. Parents remain liable for fees until outstanding balances are settled; if a student does not return, full term's fees may be charged. One full term's written notice (or equivalent fee) is required to terminate enrolment. Outstanding fees may be offset against the refundable deposit.

Other costs and additional fees
- Annual Resource Fee: MUR 5,000 payable annually in January.

- Incidental/additional charges (charged separately): extra‑curricular activity provider fees, field trips, private bus/transport operator fees, special events and any special learning‑support interventions required by individual children. These items are billed separately from standard tuition.
- Uniforms: Uniform items are purchased directly from Unlimited Uniforms Ltd., La Colline Commercial Centre, Candos; uniform prices are not listed in the school fee schedule (parents buy uniforms from the supplier).

Refund information
- The refundable deposit will be returned once all school books and materials are returned in good condition and all outstanding fees and debts have been settled. The deposit is refundable subject to the school's stated notice requirements and conditions; outstanding school property or unpaid fees may be offset against the deposit. A minimum notice period is required when terminating enrolment (one full term or equivalent fee).

Fee payment options and instructions
- Accepted payment method: bank transfer / standing order (parents are asked to include the child's name as the beneficiary/reference for reconciliation). No cash, cheque or cash deposit lodgements are permitted.
- Extensions or delays in payment are only accepted if discussed and agreed in advance with the Principal; otherwise the school's late‑payment provisions apply.

Other notes on fee structure applicability
- The published fee levels and conditions referenced above are shown for the 2026 fee structure and are stated to be guaranteed for 2026 only. Parents should observe the specified due dates for enrolment deposits and annual payment deadlines where discounts apply.
