1. Complete the Application for Admission and attach all required documents. The application will be processed only if all fields are legible and signed and all necessary supporting documents are attached. Necessary documents include a transfer document if available, a copy of the learners birth certificate or ID document, a copy of the learners final progress report, copies of the parents/guardians IDs, vaccination records if applicable, and a study permit/residence permit if foreign; include an Aftercare Application if applicable; and ensure Sections 114 are completed and signed. 2. Attend an interview and await the decision. An interview date is scheduled as part of the admissions process, and the outcome is recorded with an approval date. Additional information may be requested if needed. 3. Accept placement and agree to the financial terms. If approved, the guardians declare acceptance of placement and sign the declaration and financial terms; liability for payment of all fees rests with the account holder. The terms and conditions for payment are set out in the Financial Terms and Conditions. The application may be reconsidered if important information that should be brought to the Schools attention is withheld. 4. Finalise enrollment and commence attendance. The commencement date is entered on the form, and the learner begins attendance on that date under the agreed terms.
