1) Enrollment. The school requires submission of a complete application with a certified birth certificate for the child, a certified last school report, certified copies of both parents' identity documents or passports, and, if applicable, proof of legal guardianship. A non-refundable Application Fee of N$500 must be paid, and a General Indemnity form completed and signed along with an Acknowledgment of Conditions of Admission. A Confidential Student Reference Report should be forwarded from the child's previous school, and non-Namibian parents must provide a certified copy of the child's employment or study permit; the person responsible for the account must provide a monthly residential address proof (Municipality or Erongo Red). A recent passport-size photograph must be attached to the application. The medium of tuition should be indicated on the form, with options for ENGLISH STREAM or GERMAN STREAM; English is the only medium of tuition for all subjects in High School, and English and German streams are applicable only to the Junior and Senior Primary phases. Siblings at PSS may be noted on the form, and the form also collects information about siblings at other schools.
