Fee schedule (academic year 2024–2025)
The Fee Structure for the 2024–2025 academic year lists the following fees and terms.
One-time / entry fees (per student)
- Sign‑Up Fee (one‑time): NRs. 10,000.
- Confirmation Fee (one‑time): NRs. 37,000.
- Admission Fee (one‑time): varies by grade:
- Grades 1–5: NRs. 2,840.
- Grades 6–8: NRs. 3,240.
- Grades 9–10: NRs. 4,410.
- Security Deposit: NRs. 20,000 (refundable on completion of the academic year provided one month's prior notice; deposit is not refundable if a student leaves mid‑term or without prior intimation).
Yearly / annual charges (per student)
- Annual Fee + Others (covers celebrations, inter‑house/inter‑school tournaments, digital charges such as ERP/Veda App/Google Enterprise, examination fees and similar charges): NRs. 19,000 per year for all grades.
- IB programme yearly charge (where listed): amounts differ by programme/grade:
- IB PYP (listed for lower grades): NRs. 16,500 for Grade 1; NRs. 13,600 for several other PYP grades.
- IB MYP (listed for middle years): an MYP yearly charge is shown in the schedule (amounts aligned with the IB/annual lines in the fee schedule).
Monthly tuition and recurring monthly charges (full detail by grade)
- Grades 1–5 (PYP years):
- Monthly Tuition Fee: NRs. 2,840 per month.
- Monthly programme / activity & facilities charge (covers handwriting, Chinese language, 3Di, robotics/STEM, field trips, inside‑valley study visits, ECA & sports, library & e‑learning, science/ math/ computer/ STEM labs, performing & visual arts, SEL & wellbeing programme):
- Grade 1: NRs. 30,860 per month.
- Grade 2: NRs. 27,860 per month.
- Grade 3: NRs. 27,560 per month.
- Grade 4: NRs. 27,260 per month (Grade 4 entry shows “2 meals daily (Lunch & Snacks)” included in the line).
- Grade 5: NRs. 26,260 per month (Grade 5 entry shows two daily meals included).
- Optional Transport: NRs. 3,500 to 5,000 per month (depending on distance).
- Grades 6–8 (MYP years):
- Monthly Tuition Fee: NRs. 3,240 per month.
- Monthly programme / activity & facilities charge (covers the same categories of services as above):
- Grade 6: (programme charge listed in schedule consistent with MYP pages — NRs. in the mid‑20,000s range as shown on the MYP pages).
- Grade 7: NRs. 24,260 per month.
- Grade 8: NRs. 22,960 per month (includes two daily meals).
- Optional Transport: NRs. 3,500 to 5,000 per month (depending on distance).
- Grades 9–10 (higher secondary years shown in this schedule):
- Monthly Tuition Fee: NRs. 4,410 per month.
- Monthly programme / activity & facilities charge (covers academic resources, labs, field trips, ECA & sports, two daily meals where indicated):
- Grade 9: NRs. 21,460 per month (includes two daily meals).
- Grade 10: NRs. 21,060 per month (includes two daily meals).
- Optional Transport: NRs. 3,500 to 5,000 per month (depending on distance).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing frequency: Monthly basis only. All monthly fees are payable by the 10th of each month. Monthly fees are billed for 12 months of the academic year (includes holidays).
- Late payment penalty: Late fee of NRs. 50 charged per day of delay.
- Receipts and bank deposit: Fees must be deposited to the school bank account number provided by the school; parents are instructed to obtain a receipt after deposit and not to make cash or bearer‑cheque payments to staff.
Boarding / meals
- The school operates as a day school (no boarding programme; boarding fees do not apply). Two daily meals (lunch & snacks) are included in the monthly programme charge for the grades where this is specifically shown in the schedule.
Other costs and extras
- Transport (optional): NRs. 3,500–5,000 per month, depending on distance. This is billed in addition to tuition and the programme/facilities charge.
- Meals: For several grades the monthly programme charge explicitly includes two daily meals (lunch & snacks); that inclusion is shown on the relevant grade entries.
- Uniform, textbooks, exam registration and other specific items: the published fee schedule lists “Annual Fee + Others” which covers many school service charges (events, exams, digital charges, etc.), but the schedule does not show a separate line item for uniform or an explicit uniform price. Any separate uniform, external exam registration, or optional extracurricular costs are not detailed as individual amounts in this published schedule.
Refund and cancellation rules
- General rule: “Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.”
- Deposit refund: The deposit (NRs. 20,000) is refundable on completion of the academic year provided one month's prior notice is given. Deposit amounts will not be refundable if a student leaves mid‑term or without prior intimation.
Accepted payment methods and practical instructions
- Payment method specified in the schedule: payment by bank deposit / bank transfer to the school bank account number provided by the school; parents must collect the receipt after depositing money. The published schedule warns against cash or bearer‑cheque transactions with staff. No credit‑card payment option is shown in the published fee schedule.
