Lincoln School has 35 classrooms in 3 buildings, a theater, a gymnasium, and a library/media center, all serviced by wireless internet. The campus features outdoor field, courts, and rooftop athletics and play areas. A 3-story Library/Media Center and a heated 25x15m swimming pool were completed in August 2015. The school operates a fleet of radio/GPS vans to transport students and staff to and from campus. Technology learning is supported by portable Mac and iPad carts, a bring-your-own device program in the secondary school, and a campus-wide wireless network.
Outdoor field and courts support a range of sports, and rooftop athletics and play areas add space for activities. The campus includes a heated 25m swimming pool. There is also a gymnasium on site for indoor sports and training. These facilities are part of the three-building campus.

Arts, Athletics, and After School Activities are a cornerstone of Lincoln's education. Dedicated coaches and facilities enable performances, tournaments, and artwork exhibitions. Lincoln is a member of SAISA and supports SAISA Art, Music, Theater, and Model United Nations programs. About 85% of students participate in after-school activities or SAISA sports, and total after-school involvement approaches 100%. The Theater department produces annual productions.
Lincoln School in Kathmandu is an independent, co-educational day school delivering an American curriculum through Pre-K to 12, leading to an American high school diploma.
