Uniform Requirement

The uniform is compulsory and can be worn in summer or winter. Mufti items are not permitted and students must wear the full uniform appropriate to their year level. Jewellery is allowed in simple forms; from Year 7 girls may wear clear nail polish and natural-looking makeup; a sun hat is compulsory in Terms 1 and 4.

Governance and Ownership

The school is an extension of City Impact Church and shares the church's absolutes and values.
Fees
Application and Enrolment Fees

- Application fee: NZD 50 per application. This fee is non-refundable.
- Enrolment (acceptance) fee: NZD 100 payable within five days of the acceptance letter and prior to the student commencing. This fee is non-refundable.

Tuition fees by year group (per term and per year)

- A public, itemised tuition fee schedule showing per-term and per-year tuition amounts by year group is not published in the school's public materials; specific numeric tuition amounts per term and per year group are therefore not publicly available in the school documents provided. The school's published materials do state what tuition fees include and exclude, and that a full fee schedule is available on request.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Billing: An invoice/statement is issued by email at the end of each term.
- Payment timing: Tuition fees may be paid as a lump sum at the start of the year or via a regular automatic payment plan. The automatic payment plan can be set weekly and should be arranged to ensure all fees are paid by 31 December; families are advised that spreading payments over a full 52-week period will reduce the weekly amount. An automatic payment form is provided by the school.
- Non-payment and arrears: The school follows a non-payment process and will pursue overdue accounts through the Finance Department; families are expected to keep accounts up to date. A fee addendum included with the acceptance letter sets out the detailed arrears processes.
- Withdrawal notice: One full term's notice is required for withdrawal. Failure to give one term's notice may result in the requirement to pay a term's fees in lieu.

Boarding fees

- Boarding: Not applicable. City Impact Church School operates as a day school and does not publish boarding or residential accommodation fees. (School transport and pick-up arrangements are run during school terms.)

Other costs and fees

- Uniform: School uniform is compulsory but uniform costs are not included in tuition and are charged separately; a uniform shop is in operation. Uniform costs are not published in the public fee documents.
- Stationery, sport tuition and excursions: These items are included within tuition fees.
- Items not included in tuition: Camp fees, uniform, and external examination costs are not included in tuition and are charged separately.
- Cambridge examination costs: Cambridge (IGCSE/A-Level) external examination fees are invoiced in Term 2; approximate cost is NZD 120 per subject (subject to exchange-rate variation); Coordinated Science (double award) is charged as two subjects. Art & Design students incur an additional approximate cost of NZD 100 for portfolio transport/marking. These examination and portfolio costs are charged in addition to tuition.
- After-school care: After-school care (3:30 pm–5:30 pm) is charged at NZD 12.50 per session.
- Sibling discounts: For families with more than one child enrolled, the published sibling discounts are 10% for the second child and 20% for the third (and subsequent) child.

Refund information and chargebacks

- Application and enrolment fees: Both the application fee (NZD 50) and the enrolment fee (NZD 100) are non-refundable.
- Withdrawal refund policy: If one full term's notice is not provided on withdrawal, the family may be required to pay a term's fees in lieu; other specific refund or chargeback processes for tuition are described in the fee addendum provided with acceptance.

Fee payment options

- Bank transfer: Payments can be made by bank transfer to the school account listed for payments: City Impact Church School 02-0100-0788333-08. Use the student's full name as payment reference.
- EFTPOS: EFTPOS payment is available at school reception for applicable fees.
- Automatic payments (AP): Weekly automatic payment arrangements are supported and an automatic payment form is provided by the school to set up regular payments.
- Invoicing: Term-end invoices are issued by email and should be paid according to the chosen payment schedule.

Summary on availability of specific tuition amounts

- The school's publicly available materials do not publish an itemised tuition schedule showing per-term and per-year tuition amounts by year group. Because those numeric tuition amounts are not published in the school's public documents, specific per-term and per-year figures cannot be listed here. The school's published documents do state which items are included in tuition, which items are excluded, the billing cadence, payment methods and selected additional charges (Cambridge exam fees, after-school care, etc.).
