Additional academic and assessment charges
- Cambridge examination subject fees are payable by students and are charged at the Cambridge-set rate, typically in the range NZD 160 to NZD 190 per subject (subject to exchange rate at invoicing). Late entries or amendments attract additional charges.
- ESOL / Special individual tuition where required: surcharge NZD 600 per term. Special individual tuition may also be charged at an hourly rate where applicable. After-school tuition is available at NZD 30 per hour.
- High-school students are required to purchase most textbooks (available through the school) and will pay lab fees where applicable; these costs are not fully covered by tuition and may be charged separately. Class trips, camps and transport costs are not covered by tuition fees and are charged as required.

Uniform and compulsory clothing items (prices)
- There is no full uniform, but embroidered school items are required for trips and events and are available from the school office: Polo shirt NZD 40; Sport shorts NZD 35; Hats and caps NZD 18; House T-shirt NZD 12; Waterproof jacket (pre-order) NZD 65.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are levied per term; there are four terms each year. Term fees are due in full in the first week of each term, in advance of tuition received. All new enrolments are required to pay NZD 1,000 towards their first term fees in advance. The remainder of the year's fees may be paid monthly or per term as agreed with the Principal / Executive Officer. Monthly payments are structured across the calendar (three months per term) when agreed. Prompt payment discount: 5% off term tuition fees if paid in full within the first five working days of the start of each term (not applicable to books, exam fees or miscellaneous items).

Late payment, collection and notice rules
- The school may charge interest on overdue balances if fees have not been settled by the end of each term; collection and recovery costs will be payable by the invoice addressee. An updated statement of late-payment interest indicates a charge of 2% per month (or part thereof) on late payments. Parents must provide one full school term's written notice (or the greater of ten calendar weeks) to withdraw a child; failure to provide sufficient notice will result in liability for the next term's tuition fee. Any withdrawal after the last day of a term is considered a late withdrawal and parents are liable for the next term's fees. Application and enrolment fees are non-refundable.

Refund information and withdrawal
- Application fees and the enrolment (acceptance) fee are explicitly non-refundable. A full term's written notice (or the greater of ten calendar weeks) is required to avoid being charged for the subsequent term; insufficient notice results in liability for the next term's fee. No routine refunds of term tuition are provided for late withdrawal after the last day of a term. Overdue balances may attract interest and collection costs.

Boarding
- Boarding is not provided; the school operates as a day school. No boarding fees apply.

Fee payment options
- Payments are accepted in person at the school office, by EFTPOS, by credit card (a surcharge of 1.5% applies to credit card payments), or by direct bank transfer into the school's bank account. Specific bank account details are provided for fee payments and for international-student arrangements where applicable. (Credit card surcharge and direct-debit arrangements are applied as stated by the school's payment terms.)

Other notes on costs
- The school operates an “all inclusive fee” approach where possible, but textbooks, certain course materials, exam fees, camps, trips, transport charges and some subject-specific costs are additional to tuition and are billed separately. Scholarships and charitable assistance are available for a limited number of families to assist with fees; these do not typically cover 100% of tuition.
