It includes a black regulation skirt and white regulation blouse, a maroon polar fleece jacket, a black regulation winter jacket, plain black socks, and a regulation black blazer (optional for seniors). 1. Complete the Enrolment Application Form. Attach the documents listed: a copy of your latest school report with an English translation if needed; a copy of passport details and any existing New Zealand visas; a letter of recommendation by the principal or a teacher from your school; and a small recent photograph. The application should include all requested items. The Enrolment Application Form is the initial step in the international enrolment process.

2. Completed forms are returned to the International Officer. The International Officer oversees the enrolment process. Submissions should include the documents described in Step 1. A confirmation of receipt will be provided after the application is received.

3. You will be notified that the application has been received. The application will be reviewed by the college. The college will inform you of the outcome or next steps.

4. If the application is successful, a Provisional Offer of Place letter is issued. An invoice for school fees is issued at the same time. These documents confirm that a place is available and outline the initial financial obligations. The Provisional Offer indicates the estimated duration of study.

5. Payment of the invoice in full triggers the issuance of a Confirmed Offer of Place, accompanied by a receipt. The Confirmed Offer confirms the duration of the study and officially reserves the student's place. The Confirmed Offer completes the offer stage and enables the next steps in the process.

6. The student applies for a student visa with the New Zealand Government Immigration Service. Information about visa applications is available from the Government's immigration service. Applicants should follow the official guidance on visa applications.

7. Students must possess a valid student visa and permit to study at Zayed College for Girls. Proof of international student health insurance is required before commencing classes. These requirements ensure readiness to begin studies.
