Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. French-system placement: The pupils follow an education without interruption from kindergarten through the final year in accordance with French programs, and they are enrolled in the class recommended by their previous school based on the assessment booklet or school report with notice. This ensures continuity of curriculum and progression. 2. Foreign students: For foreign students or students from foreign school systems, a preliminary interview between the family and the school management determines expectations, objectives, and the implications of schooling in the French lycée. A knowledge test may be offered to determine the student's level, and normally students are enrolled in their age group. 3. Registration procedure: Registrations are completed via the Eduka portal, with the automated procedure described for Eduka (eduka.lflp-lagos.com/login). A Tutorial-Eduka-French is available for more information. 4. Final registration: Students are enrolled after the file has been fully completed, validated and the school fees have been paid (1st registration fees and/or advance on the 1st-trimester fees). The admission form must be duly completed and approved and tuition fees paid (1st registration fees and/or advance on the 1st term fees). 5. Registration file documents: The student requires a passport photo, passport, student visa, vaccination certificate, school reports, Exeat issued by the last school, proof of payment of registration fees, guardianship certificate, and a sponsorship form by the employer. The person in charge requires a passport photo, a passport, a photocopy of the family book, the responsible's passport, and a duly signed financial clearance.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

French state grants are allocated to French national pupils under certain resource requirements. In French educational establishments abroad, families pay school fees for their children, and the public authorities provide grants to assist with costs. The scholarships are reserved for French children who live abroad with at least one parent and who are registered in the world register of French established outside France. The scholarship application file must be submitted within the deadlines set by the diplomatic or consular post. For more information, AEFE provides guidance.
