Application & initial fees
- Candidate (application) fee for CP to Terminale: NOK 3,000, payable at the time of online pre‑registration.
- Admission fee for children progressing from the school's Grande Section (maternelle) to CP: NOK 5,000 (charged in September).
- Admission fee for any new pupil (CP to Terminale): NOK 2,000 (non‑refundable).
- Deposit guarantee (once a place is offered, CP to Terminale): NOK 2,600, refunded without interest at pupil departure after full settlement of accounts.
- Advance of re‑enrolment: one month's tuition is invoiced in March to confirm re‑registration; this amount is deducted from the first invoice of the following school year and is refundable under the conditions set out below.
Tuition fees — academic year 2026/2027 (annual and per‑invoice amounts)
Note: The school publishes different tariffs depending on family/employer status (local first child; local second child -15%; third child and following -30%; employer/company rate). Per‑invoice amounts shown below are calculated by dividing the published annual fee by five because tuition is invoiced in five instalments across the year. Maternelle (Nursery / Kindergarten)
- Maternelle follows the national maximum childcare price ("makspris"). For 2026/2027 the published monthly makspris is NOK 1,200 per month; the school communicates any applicable municipality reductions directly to families.
After‑school (Études / SFO) and recurring extras
- After‑school (Études) for elementary pupils (CP–CE2): NOK 23,000 per year (this service is covered by the municipality for CP–CE2 after registration). For CM1–CM2: NOK 19,500 per year. Occasional use is charged NOK 300 per session. Late‑collection penalties apply.
- The school organises grouped purchases of basic supplies which are included in tuition; specific yearly purchase estimates per level are published and are included in the écolage. Replacement or damaged school materials are charged (examples: NOK 500 per textbook, NOK 350 per library book, NOK 2,400 for a full set of manuals). Entrance badge to the Vulkan site: NOK 150.
Examination fees and occasional charges
- Brevet des collèges (3ème): NOK 750.
- Épreuve anticipée du Baccalauréat de Français (1ère): NOK 1,500.
- Baccalauréat (Terminale): NOK 3,500.
- French exams as external candidates (candidats libres): NOK 7,000.
- Certifications (language tests etc.) billed at the price set by the issuing body.
Billing schedule, payment terms and accepted payment methods
- Billing schedule: tuition and study fees are invoiced in five instalments (September, November, January, March and May; each invoice covers two months of schooling). Other fees may be billed separately.
- Invoices are sent 15 days before the due date. Late or unpaid invoices trigger a first reminder (15‑day extension) and, absent payment or contact, referral to debt recovery; prolonged unpaid debt may affect the pupil's access to classes and future re‑enrolment.
- Payment methods and banking details: domestic payment by bank transfer to the DNB account with a KID reference number; international payments by IBAN (NO0878770828502) and BIC (DNBANOKKXXX). A direct debit service (AVTALEGIRO) is available for the five tuition invoices for families with Norwegian bank accounts. Transaction/banking charges are borne by the payer. The invoice number and pupil name must be referenced on the transfer.
- The school charges NOK 600 for a paper duplicate of an invoice and NOK 600 per payment certificate issued.
Boarding (Internat)
- Boarding is not provided; there are no boarding fees published for this school.
Refunds, cancellations and notice periods
- General withdrawal: a written notice of three months is required for cancellation during the school year; the three‑month notice applies to tuition and other paid services. The notice starts the month after the written notification is received. For departures at the end of the school year, written notice must be received by 31 March; otherwise the three‑month notice still applies and invoicing may extend into the next school year.
- Re‑enrolment advance (one month's tuition): refundable if cancellation is made before 1 May of the previous school year; not refundable from 2 May onward. When re‑enrolment advance is charged, it is deducted from the first invoice of the next year.
- Deposit guarantee (NOK 2,600) is refunded, without interest, after the pupil's departure subject to full settlement of all invoices; the payer must supply bank details for the refund.
