1. Obtain the Admission Form from the school admission office or download it from the admissions area. The form must be completed and signed by the Parent or Guardian and must include three recent photographs of the student and one photograph of the Guardian. The form is available for download or can be collected in person from the admission office.
2. Prepare the Health Card: The Health Card must be completed by a registered physician and signed and sealed. Include a copy of the student's immunization/vaccination card.
3. Collect identity documents: Provide photocopies of the student's passport (including visa page) and copies of the father's and mother's passports (including current visa pages). Also supply photocopies of the student's and parents' resident cards.
4. Provide birth and prior education records: Include a copy of the birth certificate issued by the People's Republic of Bangladesh or a valid alternative birth certificate. Birth certificates issued by hospitals or clinics are not acceptable. Include the Transfer Certificate from the previous school and a photocopy of the transcript or result.
5. Submit for admission: Upon verification by the admissions officer and acceptance, the fees should be paid in the Accounts Office.
6. Attendance and enrolment: A student can attend classes only after the receipt of all the listed documents and full payment of fees.
7. Textbooks and materials: Textbooks can be purchased from the school book store after admission. The list of books with prices and the book issue schedule will be available in the School Office, and notebooks will be provided by the class teachers.
8. Start and support: The school welcomes you to the Bangladesh School Muscat. If assistance is needed, contact the School Office in person or by phone.

Bangladesh School Muscat (BSM) provides education from Kindergarten through Year 12 in Muscat, Oman. Established on November 3, 1996, the school follows a Pearson Edexcel curriculum (British system), with a structured progression from Reception II through Class 12. In Reception II, the programme includes Bangla, English, Mathematics, GK and Science; across later years, Bangla and English remain core subjects, and English is the language of instruction while Bangla is taught as a language subject. The school offers Edexcel-based examinations and Class 11-12 subjects include science, commerce, and IT, reflecting a British-style structure. Facilities include spacious classrooms, a library, a bookstore, a canteen, biology and chemistry labs, a computer lab, a physics laboratory, and a multipurpose hall; a prefectorial system supports student leadership.
