Provide a copy of the child's birth certificate, a copy of the child's passport, visa, and Oman ID, copies of both parents' passport, visa and Oman ID, four passport photos of the child, previous years' school reports, and any required attestations. It is imperative that these documents are submitted during registration or before the commencement of the academic year to avoid delays. If visa processing is pending, applications can be submitted while arranging these documents, with copies provided once the visa and Oman ID are granted. For MOE requests regarding Kalemon instead of Arabic, the last four years' report cards are required and only the final report card should be attested.

Grade placement follows these ranges: KG1 3.2 to 4.11; KG2 4.2 to 5.11; 1st Grade 5.2 to 7.2; 2nd Grade 6.2 to 9.2; 3rd Grade 7.2 to 10.2; 4th Grade 8.2 to 11.2; 5th Grade 9.2 to 12.2; 6th Grade 10.2 to 13.2; 7th Grade 11.2 to 14.2; 8th Grade 12.2 to 15.2; 9th Grade 13.2 to 16.2; 10th Grade 14.2 to 17.2; 11th Grade 15.2 to 20.2; 12th Grade 16.2 to 24.
