ISAS is an English-medium co-educational school established in 2002. It is approved by the Ministry of Education, Oman, and affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The curriculum runs from Balvatika to Class XII, with English as the medium of instruction and CBSE senior-secondary streams in Science, Commerce, and Humanities. ICT is compulsory for Classes I–X, and Work Experience, Physical Education and General Studies are mandatory for Classes XI–XII. Senior streams include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and options such as Informatics Practices/Computer Science, Psychology, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Fine Arts.
Art, Music and Dance are included as part of the curriculum. Art/Music/Dance are offered for Balvatika to Class IV and again for Classes VI–VIII, with Art and Fine Arts (Painting) available in senior levels. Fine Arts (Painting) is available within the Humanities and Commerce streams for XI–XII.
ISAS uses English as the medium of instruction. Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil are offered as second languages up to Class V, with Hindi or Malayalam continuing as second languages for Classes VI–VIII. A third language (Arabic, Sanskrit, Tamil, French) is offered from Class V to Class VIII. In Class IX, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic and Tamil are available as second-language options, and in Class X Hindi, Malayalam and Arabic are offered as second-language options.
ISAS hosts a Student Council (e.g., 2022–2023; 2024–2025). Co-Scholastic activities are part of the school program. The school participates in CBSE national sports tournaments and has earned medals, including a Gold in the SGFI National School Games Chess Championship 2025–26, a Bronze Medal, and strong showings in hockey and other sports.
ISAS aims to develop an integrated personality and instill human values, encouraging relationship, service and community outreach. The school seeks to engage students in learning with a focus on personal and social responsibility within a safe, supportive environment.
ISAS is governed by a Board of Directors for Indian Schools in Oman, which functions as the apex policymaking body overseeing 21 Indian Schools in Oman. ISAS is operated under a School Management Committee reporting to the Board of Directors.
Physical Education is a compulsory component for Classes I–X, and Health & Physical Education is compulsory for Classes XI–XII. The campus covers about 13,000 square meters and includes facilities such as a playfield and a basketball court, with laboratories and ICT resources to support wellbeing and activity across the curriculum.
Indian School Al Seeb is an English-medium co-educational school established in 2002. It is approved by the Ministry of Education, Oman, and affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in New Delhi. The school is located in Mabellah, Seeb, on a campus of about 13,000 square metres that includes a playfield, a basketball court, computer science labs, science labs, spacious classrooms, an audio-visual room, a multi-purpose hall, a canteen and ample parking. The medium of instruction is English; Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil are offered as second languages up to Class V, with Hindi or Malayalam continuing for Classes VI–VIII. From Class V to VIII, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic, Tamil, Sanskrit and French are offered as third languages. In Class IX, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic and Tamil are provided as second language options, and in Class X, Hindi, Malayalam and Arabic are offered as second languages. The school offers Science, Commerce and Humanities streams up to Senior Secondary, with electives such as Informatics Practices, Computer Science, Psychology, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Physical Education, Information Technology and Fine Arts (Painting). Extracurriculars include sports and performance arts, with documented participation in CBSE Oman Zone and national level competitions.
