1. Online registration window: The admission portal opens for online registration from January 20, 2025 to February 20, 2025. Admissions are open for Balvatika to Std IX. A non-refundable processing fee of RO 15 per application applies. The Admission Office operates from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday. 2. Documents required for Balvatika, KG I & KG II: Birth Certificate copy; Passport copy of the child (first page, visa page, and address pages); Resident Card copy of the child; Passport copies of both parents; Health Card and Vaccination Card; Three passport-sized photographs. For Classes I to IX: All above documents plus a duly countersigned Transfer Certificate by the Educational Authority and the Progress Report. 3. Fees at admission: Admission Fees RO 10.000; Refundable Deposit RO 100.000 (New Admission of First Child); Refundable Deposit RO 10.000 (New Admission of each additional child). These payments are due at the time of admission. 4. Mode of payment: Fees can be paid through Bank Muscat online banking and offline channels; Tasdeed/ONEIC; and direct transfer. 5.
