- Billing cadence: Fees are to be paid on a quarterly basis. Quarterly payments must be made by the 15th of the first month of each quarter. A one-month grace period from the due date is allowed. If fees are not paid within the grace period a fine of OMR 1 per month is charged and continues each month until payment is cleared.
- Quarterly instalments: where annual tuition is used to calculate instalments, the quarterly amount equals one quarter of the annual tuition. (Examples above show the quarterly instalment for each grade.)
- At the time of admission parents must also pay the admission fee and refundable deposit amounts noted above. The school's published guidance includes the processing fee due at application and the refundable deposit amounts due on admission.
Boarding / hostel
- Boarding is not listed in the school's fee schedules. No boarding or hostel fees are published for Indian School Muscat; therefore boarding fees are not applicable. Fees and schedules published by the school list day-school tuition and transport charges where relevant.

- Uniforms and related clothing: the school publishes uniform requirements but does not publish fixed uniform prices. Uniform costs are additional and paid by parents to uniform suppliers; no uniform fee amount is listed in the published fee documents.
- Other occasional fees: specific one-off fees for examinations, activity fees, stationery or special programmes are not listed as fixed line-items in the central fee page; such charges (if any) are generally notified separately by the school. The school publishes transport fares and initial refundable deposits as explicit extra costs.
Refund information
- Processing/application fee OMR 15 is non-refundable. Refundable items explicitly published are the refundable parent deposit (OMR 100) and the refundable child deposit (OMR 10).
