ISO relocated to a brand-new campus in Bawsher in September 2021. The campus features modern, well-lit classrooms equipped with interactive smart boards. It houses science and ICT labs, a large library, a 250-seat auditorium, a cafeteria, and a clinic. The facilities include a full sports complex with a gym, outdoor football field, basketball and volleyball courts, and two temperature-controlled swimming pools. The arts and music spaces support creativity and performance.

Modern classrooms are spacious and equipped with interactive smart boards. Science and ICT labs provide hands-on opportunities for exploration. The library offers a broad collection and quiet reading spaces. The auditorium hosts presentations and events. The school uses Cambridge IGCSE for Grades 9-10 and Cambridge AS/A Level for Grades 11-12, alongside the Oman Bilingual General Education Diploma (GDE). KG1 uses Jolly Phonics.
