Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition fees are due on or before 10 working days before the start of each term. An invoice is issued upon confirmation of admission and parents must ensure fees are paid before the student joins classes.
- Parents may pay the full year in one payment or opt to pay term-wise. Fees for a student enrolling mid-term are charged on a pro-rata basis from the student's start date.
- Withdrawals must be submitted in writing to the Admissions Officer and a 30-day notification period is required.

Refund information
- Refund processing requires a minimum of 30 working days from receipt of a complete signed withdrawal form with supporting documents.
- Where a student has attended during the term the school retains a portion of tuition as follows: if attendance was 1–3 weeks, the school retains the value of one full month; if attendance was more than 3 weeks up to 6 weeks, the school retains the value of two full months; if attendance was more than 6 weeks during the term, the school retains the value of the full term.

Boarding
- Boarding is not provided. The school operates as a day school and offers an outsourced bus service for pupils; any bus service is charged separately.

Other costs and fees
- Uniforms, transport, ministry textbooks, external examinations, digital tools, school trips and excursions, after-school programmes, meal plans and extracurricular activities carry additional charges.

Consequences of non-payment
- Non-payment may lead to withholding of report cards and transfer certificates, suspension from school or suspension of access to digital resources until outstanding dues are settled. Families will receive notification emails before suspension procedures are applied.
