- A one-time non-refundable registration fee of OMR 300 is charged for all new admissions to secure a child's place.
- A non-refundable re-enrolment deposit of OMR 450 is requested during the third term for returning students; this deposit is adjusted against the following year's fees.

- FS1: Annual OMR 3,680 — Per term OMR 1,226.67 (annual ÷ 3).
- FS2: Annual OMR 4,200 — Per term OMR 1,400.00 (annual ÷ 3).
- Year 1: Annual OMR 4,750 — Per term OMR 1,583.33 (annual ÷ 3).
- Year 2: Annual OMR 4,750 — Per term OMR 1,583.33 (annual ÷ 3).
- Year 3: Annual OMR 4,750 — Per term OMR 1,583.33 (annual ÷ 3).
- Year 4: Annual OMR 4,750 — Per term OMR 1,583.33 (annual ÷ 3).

(Note: the school offers the option to pay the full year in one payment or to pay term-wise; the per-term figures above are calculated by dividing the published annual fee by three based on the school academic calendar.)

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition fees are due on or before 10 working days before the start of each term. An invoice is issued upon confirmation of admission and parents must ensure fees are paid before the student joins classes.
- Parents may pay the full year in one payment or opt to pay term-wise. Fees for a student enrolling mid-term are charged on a pro-rata basis from the student's start date.
- Withdrawals must be submitted in writing to the Admissions Officer and a 30-day notification period is required.

Refund information
- Refund processing requires a minimum of 30 working days from receipt of a complete signed withdrawal form with supporting documents.
- Where a student has attended during the term the school retains a portion of tuition as follows: if attendance was 1–3 weeks, the school retains the value of one full month; if attendance was more than 3 weeks up to 6 weeks, the school retains the value of two full months; if attendance was more than 6 weeks during the term, the school retains the value of the full term.

Boarding
- Boarding is not provided. The school operates as a day school and offers an outsourced bus service for pupils; any bus service is charged separately.

Other costs and fees
- Uniforms, transport, ministry textbooks, external examinations, digital tools, school trips and excursions, after-school programmes, meal plans and extracurricular activities carry additional charges.
- Uniform items and prices are published; example items and prices include: polo T-shirt OMR 10.50–11.00, trousers/skorts OMR 10.50–13.65, shirts OMR 10.50–12.55, blazer OMR 39.50, PE kit items OMR 9.45–16.00, swim items OMR 4.70–16.00. Uniforms are available for purchase on campus in August or via the school supplier online.
- Transport is provided through an outsourced provider; fees and routes are administered separately by the Admissions/Transport team. No fixed transport rates are published on the fees page.

Payment methods and bank details
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, cheque, bank transfer and credit/debit card. Cheques should be made payable to Muscat Education Services LLC. Payments can also be made in person at the school cashier.
- Bank transfer details (payments should be made in OMR): Account Name: Muscat Education Services LLC; Account No: 0102-052629-001; IBAN: OM670370000102052629001; SWIFT: AUBO OM RU ALH; Branch: Wattaya Branch; Bank: Ahli Islamic. Parents should include the student's registration number or name with all transfers.

Consequences of non-payment
- Non-payment may lead to withholding of report cards and transfer certificates, suspension from school or suspension of access to digital resources until outstanding dues are settled. Families will receive notification emails before suspension procedures are applied.
