Fees
Below is a clear, factual summary of Bay View Academy's fee components and the school's published payment rules. Numeric tuition amounts by year group and per term are not published in the school's publicly available admissions and policies materials; therefore no per-term or per-year tuition figures can be provided here.

Application / Registration fees
- Registration and application processes are required for all sections (Nursery, Pre‑Primary, Primary and higher). No numeric application or registration fee amount is published in the school's admissions materials.
.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)
- The school issues fee bills but does not publish a numeric tuition schedule by year group or term in its publicly available admissions or policy documents. Specific rupee amounts for Nursery, Pre‑Primary, Primary, Junior or Senior sections are not listed in the school's published materials.
.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fee bills are issued at the beginning of each quarter. Fees must be paid by the settlement date on the bill; a surcharge is applied if payment is late.
- Once a quarter has commenced, the entire quarter's fees are charged and no portion of that quarter's fees is refunded.
- To guarantee a child's place for the following academic year when long leave or enrolment conditions apply, fees must be paid by the date specified by the school (the school's admissions/policy notices include a May 20 deadline in their long‑leave/continuation guidance).
- Parents wishing to withdraw a child must inform the school at least one quarter prior to the withdrawal date; in some sections the school requires notice no later than April 30 for children who will not rejoin the next August session.
.

Payment method and options
- Payments must be deposited directly and ONLY to the Habib Metropolitan Bank branches designated for each campus. The school's published instructions name specific Habib Metropolitan Bank branches for the Defence/Clifton campuses and for the PECHS campus. No published policy text lists credit‑card payment or other online payment methods in the school's policy documents.
.

Boarding / Hostel fees
- No current boarding or hostel fee schedule is published in the school's admissions or policy materials. The school's public materials describe campus locations and section arrangements but do not publish boarding facilities or boarding charges.
.

Other costs and routine charges
- Uniform: Uniform items are required and are available from the vendor named by the school (Ghani Sons). No uniform price list is published in the school's policy or admissions notices.
- Library and book charges: published fines/charges include set amounts for overdue, lost or damaged library books (examples published in section policy pages include fines such as Rs.200 for repeated overdue, and flat replacement charges for lost/damaged books; some sections reference flat rates such as Rs.400 or Rs.500 depending on the section and circumstance).
- ID card issuance, stationery, textbooks and other standard school supplies are the responsibility of parents; no uniform published central price schedule for these items is given.
.

Refund and leave policies relevant to fees
- If a quarter has started, the full quarter's fees are charged and no portion of that quarter's fees will be refunded.
- Long leave is granted at the school's discretion; a student on long leave must have fees paid in full for the entire period of absence to guarantee the place. Rejoining after long leave requires prior notification to the school as set out in the school's long‑leave rules.
- Parents must provide the school with the required advance notice when discontinuing a child's enrolment; failure to provide the required notice may leave parents liable for the next quarter's fees.
.

Admissions

Admissions

1. The school bases admission on many criteria, some pertaining to the candidate and others to the needs of the group, for example the boy-girl ratio. Siblings are given a degree of preference but no child is guaranteed admission. Age considerations are taken into account during assessment of applicants.

2. For Nursery admissions for the 2024-2025 academic year, the applicant's date of birth must fall between 1 May 2021 and 30 April 2022. Print and complete the Registration Form and submit it with a photocopy of the birth certificate, B-form or passport. Documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope on a working day between 4 and 11 September 2023 at Gate No. 2 Defence Campus.

3. The admission process consists of an in-person interview with both parents; applicants accompany their parents to meet with trained teachers. The decision will be based on the applicant's potential rather than an academic assessment, given that the students are very young. The interview assesses compatibility with the school's values, its approach and educational philosophy and the applicant's readiness to benefit from the program.

4. Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis at various points in September and October; campus assignment is at the school's discretion and transfer requests between campuses are not entertained. The final list is posted on the school website as the process concludes.

5. Class III, VII and X admissions have posted results: All successful candidates selected for admission into Class III, VII and X have been notified. Pre-Kindergarten Admission Results for August 2026 are posted for Defence Campus and Clifton Campus.
