Fees
Fees overview

- Cedar College requires an admission (application) fee to secure an offered place; the acceptance packet issued after admission specifies the deadline and the method to submit a pay-order for this admission fee.

Application / admission fees

- An admission fee is charged and must be paid by pay-order when an offer is accepted; the acceptance packet states the deadline for that pay-order.
- Merit and sports scholarships may be applied to the admission fee according to the admissions round: Round 1 scholarship is applied 100% to both admission fee and tuition; Round 2 scholarship is applied at 75% to the admission fee and 100% to tuition; Round 3 scholarship is applied at 50% to the admission fee and 100% to tuition. For regular admissions after results are released, scholarships (if any) are applied only to tuition.

Tuition fees by year group (detail per term / per year)

- Specific tuition amounts per term or per academic year for each year group (AS / A2 / A Level cohorts) are not published in the publicly accessible admissions and college pages. Tuition is charged for the college's A Level programme; scholarship awards (see above) reduce tuition as specified by the admissions round.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The acceptance packet accompanying an offer sets the deadline for payment of the admission fee (submit by pay-order). No publicly posted, itemised termly or annual billing schedule or formal instalment plan is published on the public admissions pages. Parents receive specific payment deadlines and terms with the acceptance packet.

Boarding fees (if applicable)

- Boarding is not listed among the college offerings on the public campus information; there are two campuses noted (DHA and PECHS). No public schedule of boarding fees is provided, and no boarding fee amounts are published.

Other costs or fees

- The college may assess other charges common to A Level programmes (for example: examination/registration fees, subject-specific lab or materials charges, field trips, optional enrichment activity fees, and transport), but specific line-item amounts for such charges are not published on the public admissions pages. Scholarship awards can affect the admission fee and tuition as described above.

Refund information

- No publicly posted, itemised refund policy or numeric refund schedule for admission, security deposits, tuition or other fees is provided on the college's public admissions pages. Refund terms (if any) are set out in the acceptance packet and the college's Terms and Conditions provided at admission.

Fee payment options

- The admission process specifically refers to paying the admission fee by pay-order as the mechanism for securing a place; the acceptance packet identifies the deadline and instructions to submit that pay-order. No other payment methods (for example, card, online transfer, or direct-bank details) are published on the public admissions pages. Any additional payment methods or invoicing options are provided in the acceptance documentation and through the college's admissions portal.

Scholarships and reductions that affect fees

- Scholarships and financial assistance are available and are applied to tuition and admission fees according to application round and the scholarship award level. Students on scholarship must meet the college's attendance and academic standards as conditions of the award. The scholarship grid and criteria explain how awards are applied to admission and tuition charges by round.
