Founded in 1987 in the historic Old Clifton neighborhood of Karachi, The Lyceum offers the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) AS and A-Level curriculum. The school maintains a unique no-tuition-center policy to build self-reliance and responsibility in its students. The campus features a fully equipped Fabrication Laboratory as part of its STEM program, focusing on finding solutions to climate change challenges. The Lyceum provides extensive co-curricular opportunities through its societies. The Honors Society operates as a student-led academic support program where peers volunteer to tutor one another. Additionally, in 2010, the school became the first in Pakistan to join the Round Square network, enabling students to interact with peers globally through conferences, service projects, and adventure trips. Student life is also enriched by initiatives like LyTheatre, a Model United Nations team, and community service programs that integrate real-world internships and experiential learning into daily education.
