STEM and robotics are integrated into AIAP's curriculum from first grade, with science, mathematics, technology and robotics used to develop observation, logical thinking, and design and computational skills. Primary-level learning includes robotics and other clubs such as music and art. AIAP offers Neuronet and PAI programs to strengthen soft skills and motor skills. Technology is used in instruction and English language teaching is integrated into the program, with more than 60% of subjects taught in English. Arabic is taught as a third supplementary language.
The school hosts after-school courses in sport, art and culture. Taekwondo is offered through Group Koryo Panama. It teaches a Korean martial art with punches and kicks focused on mental strength, discipline and self-defense. For ages 3–5, classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM; for ages 6–17, classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Painting is offered by Hugo Jiménez Arte; it teaches drawing, sketching and painting techniques, and is open to youths and adults from 15 years; there are four classes per month on Wednesdays from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Figure skating is offered by Patinaje Artístico Panamá; it is for girls, boys, adolescents and youth from 4 years old; classes occur every Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Academia Internacional Árabe Panameña (AIAP) is an international day school located in Colón, Panama, with more than 40 years of experience forming leaders. It offers an intercultural curriculum that begins in preschool, with English as the primary medium of instruction and more than 60% of subjects taught in English.
