Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application fees
- Preschool (Early Childhood): USD 200, non‑refundable.
- Elementary, Middle and High School: USD 300, non‑refundable.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)
- The school does not publish a current, public tuition schedule showing fees by year group or per term for the 2026/27 academic year (or for 2025/26) on its public admissions materials; therefore specific per‑term and per‑year tuition amounts by grade cannot be stated here.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The application fee must be paid at the time of application; payment confirmation is required (proof of payment emailed to the school).
- All new students must pay the Admissions and Infrastructure fees within 15 business days of notice of acceptance; failure to complete enrollment payments by the stated deadline will prevent students from starting the school year.
- The school's process requires accounting confirmation of receipt of the application payment before issuing access to the admissions platform and before completing registration.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Caribbean International School operates as a day school and does not list boarding provision or boarding fees; boarding places are reported as zero. No boarding fee schedule is published.

Other costs and typical additional fees
- Historical fee schedules for this school list a range of additional charges that parents should expect could be required in practice, such as: registration/registration fee, infrastructure/building fee, supplies/materials, computer lab fee, PTA fee, insurance, student ID card, internet/technology fee, photocopying/copies, sports/activity fees, and yearbook. These categories have appeared in prior fee schedules for the school but specific current amounts for 2026/27 or 2025/26 are not publicly available.

Refund information
- The application fee is explicitly non‑refundable. No publicly available, detailed tuition or registration refund policy for current academic years (2025/26 or 2026/27) is published in the school's public admissions materials; specific refund terms for other fees are not available in the public materials.

Fee payment options and payment details
- Accepted payment methods shown in admissions materials: Yappy and bank transfer. Parents are instructed to email proof of payment to customerservice@cic.edu.pa after making the payment.
- Bank details shown for payment of admissions items: Beneficiary name listed as "Colegio Internacional del Caribe" with Banco General, account number 4-11-01-906267-1 (Cuenta de Ahorro) — use the specified beneficiary and reference information when completing transfers.
- Contact numbers for payment or admissions queries: +507 445-0933 and +507 6949-9906; admissions email addresses include admissions@cic.edu.pa and customerservice@cic.edu.pa.

Summary of availability and limitations of published fee information
- Application fees, accepted payment methods (Yappy and bank transfer), the bank beneficiary/account details for admissions payments, and the school's requirement that Admissions and Infrastructure fees be paid within 15 business days of acceptance are published and available.
- The school's public materials do not provide a current, detailed tuition table by grade or per term for 2026/27 (or for 2025/26). Because a grade‑by‑grade per‑term and per‑year fee schedule is not published in the available admissions materials, exact tuition figures by year group cannot be provided here.
