Personal and social development is a focus of the school. The Middle School program and staff are dedicated to the comprehensive development of each student's personal and social skills, providing an enriching educational experience. After School offerings include languages, sports, music, robotics and chess, supporting teamwork and social engagement. These activities foster social interaction and collaborative learning.
The school has a trilingual educational program in English, Mandarin and Spanish. Maternal and Preschool use English and Spanish. Primary, Middle School and High School offer English, Spanish and Mandarin. A bilingual approach offers students the opportunity to master two key languages: Mandarin and English. During Secondary, 80% of teaching time is allocated to English and 20% to Spanish.
Howard Academy is a private, Panama-based school offering an integral, multilingual education from early childhood through secondary, with a bespoke curriculum designed to engage students through topical projects. Opened in 2004 by Principal Tania Fleming in the western region of Panama City, the campus sits in a tranquil setting at Panama Pacifico, Building 42. In Secondary, students have access to middle and high school studies and bachelor's degrees in Tourism, Sciences and Technologies.
