In Grade 6, all subjects are taught in English, except physical education, Spanish, and Social Studies. ICA offers a bilingual high school track in sciences and technology. The curriculum reinforces English language development through a fully bilingual approach across the curriculum. The program aligns with modern pedagogical methods and integrates information technology to support learning.
ICA organizes school plays, including A New Beginning, The Most Powerful Force on Earth, and Peter and the Wolf. These productions form part of the school's extracurricular life, providing opportunities for artistic expression.
Intensive English classes are taught entirely in English by teachers experienced in language acquisition. ICA reinforces English language development through a fully bilingual curriculum. ICA organizes at least two extracurricular activities per year in which all students participate; transportation and admissions costs for these activities are covered by parents and/or guardians; students should bring a snack; students with behavioral problems may be deprived of this privilege. ICA plans After-School programs to reinforce diverse areas of development; participation is voluntary and regulated by the Administration based on academic performance and conduct. After-School activities are a privilege and not a punishment, with the Administration organizing and selecting students for each activity; the school covers the costs of classes or training needed for After Schools, but not uniforms, equipment, transportation, or other related expenses.
The Psycho-Pedagogical Cabinet provides spaces for integration, reflection, and action, promoting the health of the school community and the early detection of difficulties that affect the educational project. It conducts individual and group follow-up of students, advises and collaborates with teachers, and works with staff on school convivencia while maintaining communication with families and external professionals who assist students. It also arranges meetings for parents to discuss student progress.
Parent meetings are organized at the start of the school year to open dialogue between parents and educators. The schedule includes dedicated hours for teacher interviews, coordinated through the school office.
ICA provides personalized attention to each student and family according to individual needs. An Extended Day program is offered as an additional benefit. ICA promotes a no-homework approach as part of its daily routine.
International Christian Academy offers a bespoke, private Christian international education designed for 21st-century learners. The curriculum is innovative and Christian in orientation, building knowledge, values, ideals, abilities, habits, attitudes, and skills to participate successfully in modern society. English is reinforced through a fully bilingual program, with information technology integrated across all subjects and classes taught entirely in English by teachers experienced in language acquisition. The school is organized into Primary (grades 1–6), Pre-Media (grades 7–9), and Secondary (grades 10–12). High school tracks include a Scientific Baccalaureate with emphasis in Biomedical Sciences and a bilingual Science and Technology Baccalaureate with emphasis in Computer Science.
