Technology and innovation are integrated in the classroom as USP pursues Apple Distinguished School status, with iPads and MacBooks in use. The curriculum is based on CCSS and NGSS, with National Geographic Learning used for Language Arts and NGSS for Science. The MindTap digital platform supports 3D learning in science, and i-Ready math provides diagnostic and differentiated instruction. The program includes a Trilingual Program—English, Spanish, and Mandarin.

Extra-Curricular Activities

Extracurricular Activities start at the beginning of the school year to help students maintain a healthy lifestyle, find their passions, and develop their abilities. Sports include tennis and soccer, with modern brand-new facilities providing open spaces. Arts and crafts include painting, sculpture and ceramics, drawing and landscaping, and crafts; dance includes ballet, modern, and traditional. Clubs include robotics, chess, a book club, and a homework lab; languages include French and Portuguese; music is introduced through Intro to Music; martial arts are available.
