International Christian School of Lima is a private Christian day school in Miraflores serving students ages 4-18. It offers a North American curriculum with English instruction, alongside Bible classes, weekly chapels, and a biblical worldview integrated throughout. Sponsored by Asociación Cultural Berea and a partner of the Network of International Christian Schools, ICS-Lima was founded in 2001 and is fully accredited by MSA-CESS and ACSI. Graduation requires 25 credits; core standards follow Massachusetts frameworks for elementary math, Common Core for secondary math, AERO for ELA, DoDEA for Social Studies, and McREL for Science. AP exams are offered, and the AP International Diploma is available; SATs are encouraged. NorthStar Academy provides online AP courses. The campus has a gym, an English-language library with thousands of titles, WiFi, Google Apps, and a 1:1 iPad program for grades 1-8. Extracurriculars include sports, arts, Bible, languages, theatre, and service, plus events and outdoor education.
