Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application and Entrance Fees

- Application fee: USD 250 per applicant (non‑refundable and non‑transferable).
- Entrance (capital/matriculation) fee: one‑time payment by level:
- Preschool: USD 14,000.
- Elementary: USD 12,000.

- High School: USD 8,000.
The matriculation (entrance) fee is a one‑time payment required to reserve a classroom space and is refundable on withdrawal in accordance with Peruvian regulations (see Refund Information).

Tuition — monthly, annual, and per level

- Tuition is billed on a monthly basis and the standard school year tuition is calculated as monthly tuition multiplied across the 10 monthly installments that cover the academic year (typically August–May). Monthly and equivalent annual figures are:
- Preschool: USD 1,375 per month → USD 13,750 per academic year (10 months).
- Elementary: USD 1,430 per month → USD 14,300 per academic year (10 months).
- Middle School: USD 1,485 per month → USD 14,850 per academic year (10 months).
- High School: USD 1,540 per month → USD 15,400 per academic year (10 months).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Matriculation fee (equal to one month's payment) is due by July 31. Tuition may be paid in 10 monthly installments; the deadline for each installment is the last day of each month. Parents are responsible for any delays caused by international or domestic fund transfers.
- All tuition payments are accepted only in U.S. dollars. Parents are responsible for any bank or transfer charges.

Fee categories and additional charges

- Additional services listed include: medical accident coverage, English language support, after‑school activities, and learning support. For the 2025–26 fee schedule these services are listed as no additional charge. Any specific paid programs or special assessments (for example externally arranged therapy or independent study options) may have separate fees.
- Records and administrative little fees: additional official document copies (beyond the two free copies at withdrawal) are billed in soles (small per‑copy fee); postage for mailed documents is billed (see school record fees section). Withholding of official study certificates is permitted until all balances are paid.

Boarding

- Boarding is not offered; ICS Lima operates as a K–12 day school and does not have boarding fees.

Refunds and withdrawal terms

- A 14‑day written notice is required to withdraw a student. Upon early withdrawal or dismissal, tuition is refunded pro rata based on the number of school days completed in that semester. Entrance (matriculation) fee refunds are permitted in accordance with Peruvian regulations and the school's refund procedures; if the refund exceeds one UIT, the refund period may not exceed six months from the date of the refund agreement. Families must settle all outstanding balances before records are released.

Payment methods and instructions

- Accepted payment methods include international bank transfers, domestic bank deposits (within Peru), U.S. checks (with arrangements), and online credit card payments processed through the Network of International Christian Schools (NICS) payment portal. When paying by bank transfer, families must include the student/family details and are responsible for transfer fees; domestic and international wire fees may be added to the payment. Specific bank account details and instructions for domestic Peru payments and for payments from U.S./foreign bank accounts are provided by the school's finance office.
- Credit card payments: an additional credit card transaction fee applies when paying online. The finance instructions reference an added credit‑card fee (approximate values cited in school documentation: roughly 3.5% in general guidance and up to 4% in the payment instructions). Payers must include the card fee amount when completing the payment to ensure the school receives the full tuition amount. Parents are also responsible for any intermediary bank fees for wire transfers.

Other notes on fees and enforcement

- Tuition and fees are subject to annual review. The school reserves the right to withhold official transcripts and certificates until all tuition and fees are paid in full and to require payment of outstanding balances at withdrawal. Collection practices exclude violent or degrading measures. Arrangements for alternative payment schedules (semesterly or yearly) can be discussed with the Finance Office but standard practice is monthly billing over 10 installments.
