French is the main language of instruction from the first year of preschool, enriched by the learning of Spanish. English begins at age 6 in Primary. A fourth language, Italian or Portuguese, may be learned in the lycée's second year. Certifications include: 5th grade of primary – DELF A2, KET A2, Cervantes A2; 5th grade of secondary – DELF B2, FCE B2, Cervantes B2.

Opening in 2025, the school offers a trilingual International French Baccalaureate program focused on languages and culture. The program includes world knowledge and history/geography taught in English and deeper cultural and linguistic study taught in Spanish.
Lycée Franco Péruvien is a French school in Peru in the AEFE network, offering the French curriculum for ages 3 to 18. It is bicultural with a tri-lingual trajectory and most teachers are native French. The curriculum follows the French national system and the school offers the French Baccalaureate, recognized by the French and Peruvian ministries of education. The student body spans 25 nationalities, and multilingualism is central. A new campus began construction in 2023 and opens in 2025 to celebrate 75th anniversary, comprising three integrated installations: Pedagogical (8,600 m2, 43 classrooms, 22 specialized classrooms, 3 multipurpose rooms); Ecological (over 8,000 m2 with a plaza, parks, canteen, terraces); and Sports (7,500 m2 with three multipurpose fields, two football pitches, spectator stands, and an athletics track with high jump). All students complete French Baccalaureate, with 79% achieving outstanding results in 2024; 80% of graduates study at universities in France and worldwide.
