Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application / organizational fee

- A one‑off organizational (registration) fee is charged on enrolment. For Elementary International School of Gdańsk (Grades 1–5 and Grades 6–8) that fee is PLN 2,000.

Tuition fees by year group (amounts, per‑month and per‑year where published)

- Grades 1–5 (Elementary):
- Standard monthly tuition (no timely‑payment discount): PLN 3,463 per month, paid over 10 months (annual total PLN 34,630).
- Monthly amount with the 5% timely‑payment discount applied: PLN 3,290 per month, paid over 10 months (annual total PLN 32,900).
- The school charges tuition as 10 monthly instalments each school year.

- Grades 6–8 (Elementary):
- The page for the Elementary School lists the organizational fee as PLN 2,000 and an annual materials charge of PLN 200 for these grades; a specific monthly tuition figure for Grades 6–8 is not shown on that page.

- Preschool (International Preschool of Gdańsk) and High School (High International School of Gdańsk):
- The school's regulations require an annual materials (starter kit) fee for Preschool and Elementary; the amount for preschool is set by the Managing Director and notified to parents by the end of June each year. Specific published tuition numbers for the Preschool and for the High School were not listed on the Elementary fees page used here. The published payment rules and discount provisions apply across the schools.

Other compulsory fees / other costs

- Annual fee for educational materials (school starter kit):
- Grades 1–5: PLN 550 per year (as published for the Elementary School).
- Grades 6–8: PLN 200 per year (as published for the Elementary School).
- Preschool: an annual materials fee is required and its amount is set and announced by the Managing Director (payment deadline and account are specified in the school's financial rules).

- Extra costs such as uniforms, optional extracurricular programmes or exam fees are not itemised as mandatory, fixed items on the Elementary School fees page; amounts for optional services should be treated as additional to the listed tuition and material fees.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is billed and payable in advance over 10 months each school year; the payment deadline for each month is the 10th day of that month (the payment date is the date funds are credited to the school's bank account). Late payment results in loss of the timely‑payment discount and interest/collection measures per the Civil Code; two months' arrears may lead to contract termination after notice.

- Timely‑payment discount: paying each monthly instalment by its due date (by the 10th) qualifies that month's tuition for a 5% discount (rounded in PLN). Paying the full year in advance by 10 September may be considered for an additional discretionary discount of up to 3% on the annual tuition (granted at the Managing Director's discretion); if the contract is terminated after a full‑year prepayment, unused months are refunded on a pro‑rata basis.

Discounts

- Family discounts on tuition and organizational fee: second child 10%; third child 30%; fourth child and subsequent 50% (discount on organizational fee applies as described in the regulations). Continuing‑education reductions also apply for children moving between branches. Other merit‑based discounts may be granted at the school's discretion.

Refund information

- The organizational (registration) fee is non‑refundable except where the branch/class into which a student was enrolled is not created; in that case the organizational fee is refundable. Annual prepayments of tuition (if made) are refundable pro‑rata for unused months starting from the effective date of contract termination. Normal notice and payment obligations apply when a family resigns (one calendar‑month notice to the end of a month).

Boarding / residential provision

- The International School of Gdańsk's published pages describe Preschool, Elementary and High School provision and do not list boarding or residential (internat) services; no boarding fees are published. The school's fee rules and payment regulations apply to day‑school tuition.

Fee payment options and bank details

- Payments are processed to the school's bank account; the regulations specify the account details for the International School of Gdańsk (payments for the annual materials fee shown for payment to BGŻ BNP Paribas, IBAN: PL92 1600 1462 1837 4600 5000 0001, SWIFT/BIC: PPABPLPK). Tuition payments should be made to the bank account specified in the e‑mail the school sends to parents/guardians. The school's published rules require bank transfer payments to the account communicated by the school; other payment methods (e.g., card) are not listed as standard options in the published payment regulations.

Consequences of non‑payment / interest

- Failure to pay by the deadline removes eligibility for the 5% timely‑payment discount for that month; statutory interest may be applied for late payments and, after two months' arrears (not necessarily consecutive), the school may issue notice and may terminate the education contract if arrears are not settled.

Summary note on published figures

- The Elementary School (Grades 1–5) publishes specific tuition amounts (monthly and implied annual totals) and material fees; the regulations document sets the school‑wide payment rules, discounts and refund conditions and provides the bank details for payments. For Grades 6–8 the Elementary page shows the organizational fee and a materials fee but does not publish a specific monthly tuition figure on that page. Tuition figures for Preschool and for the High School were not itemised as explicit monthly tuition amounts on the Elementary School fees page. The school's payment regulations and discount rules apply across all branches.
