IPG provides psychological and pedagogical care with the Osiek Counseling Centre. The offer is implemented in Polish and English, depending on needs. Pupils receive support in coping with social interactions, emotional difficulties, and educational difficulties. The service includes psycho-educational exercises and intervention work in crisis situations, plus support for teachers and parents.
Support for educational needs includes psycho-educational diagnosis, pedagogical therapy, and speech impediment diagnosis and therapy. Sociometric testing is used to understand social dynamics. Teachers receive help in constructing and implementing individual educational programs and related interventions. The approach includes workshops and consultations to support student development.
The offer is implemented in Polish and English, depending on needs. Early language immersion in English-Polish is provided for ages 1–3. Daily English-language activities are led by native speakers. The bilingual environment supports preparation for international education and ongoing study in English.
Mental wellbeing is supported through Psychological and Pedagogical Care with the Osiek Center. The service includes support for emotional difficulties and crisis intervention. Psycho-educational workshops and individual consultations are available for pupils, teachers, and parents. The program is delivered in Polish and English depending on needs.
The Policy of Children Protection against Abuse in ISG and associated institutions exists. It states that staff act in the best interests of the child and prohibits abuse. It identifies risk factors and provides procedures for informing guardians and for reporting to appropriate authorities. It establishes an Intervention Team for complex cases and describes the child's help plan and confidentiality requirements. It covers protection of a child's personal data and images and safety of Internet use.
International School of Gdansk (ISG) is part of the Gdańska Fundacja Oświatowa (GFO), which also oversees the International Preschool of Gdansk, the Elementary International School of Gdansk, and the High International School of Gdansk. ISG operates across three campuses—IPG, EISG, and HISG—in Gdańsk, Poland. It is an IB World School delivering the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) with English as the main language of instruction. IPG and EISG teach the PYP alongside the Polish core curriculum, while HISG provides high school education through home-based study with bilingual Polish/English instruction and two paths: BASIC PACKAGE and PREMIUM PACKAGE; extended subjects include English, chemistry, physics, biology and mathematics. The school emphasizes inquiry-based, holistic learning aligned with the IB learner profile. Facilities include a two-room library that supports PYP, swimming at Stogi Pool, and after-school clubs. Extracurriculars cover academics, arts, sports and service, including MindQuest, Sigma Squad, Chess, STEAM and language clubs.
