WR School uses a holistic approach to teaching that focuses on the development of the whole person, including social and emotional needs and health. Bilingual teaching is central, blurring language barriers to help students become active global citizens. Language learning is combined with an advanced programme as part of a balanced language and sports approach. The Cambridge International Education programme is implemented, delivered mainly in English with Polish language proficiency.
Art Club, Theatre, Music Club and Modern Dance provide opportunities to develop creativity in the arts. All arts and creative activities take place in one facility.

A wide range of clubs is available, including Swimming Club, Football and Karate. There are arts and cognitive clubs such as Art Club, English Club, Arithmetic, Robotics and Science Club. All activities take place in one facility, enabling after-school participation.

WR School is a private international primary school for pupils aged 6 to 12. The Cambridge Primary Education programme is delivered within the Cambridge International Education framework, and WR School is the only school in Podkarpacie to offer it. The school provides bilingual private primary education with English-language instruction and Polish language proficiency. Lessons are conducted in small groups with an individualized approach, supported by bilingual teachers who help ensure safety and positive behavior. The curriculum blends language learning with an advanced programme and uses modern technologies to support teaching and active learning. The campus features state-of-the-art educational and sports zones, including a VR room, climbing wall, and a swimming pool with a sauna. The Kids Club offers ball pit, trampolines, and a maze.
