How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Fill in the online high school application form. Bring a signed copy of the application and the grade 7 completion certificate to the secretary's office. First Grade candidates who are RCIS graduates must submit by 16 April 2025; candidates from other primary schools must submit by 28 May 2025. Online recruitment requires a 450 PLN registration fee; on-site recruitment is free.

2. Take the English language entry test and attend an interview. For First Grade candidates who are RCIS graduates, the test/interview is on 30 April 2025. For First Grade candidates from other primary schools, the English language entry test and interview occur between 19 May and 13 June 2025, with dates determined individually.

3. Announcement of results. Results are announced to applicants. RCIS first grade results are announced on 10 May 2025. For candidates from other primary schools, the list of admitted and conditionally admitted candidates is announced on 23 June 2025.

4. For Successful Candidates Admitted to Regent: Sign the contract with parents/legal guardians. Pay the registration fee. Submit a printout of the Polish 8th-grade exam results from wyniki.edu.pl and the primary school leaving certificate; the deadline is 30 June 2025. Submit the originals of the 8th-grade exam results by 11 July 2025.

5. For Candidates with Conditional Offers: Report the printout of the 8th-grade exam results from wyniki.edu.pl by 7 July 2025. The list of admitted candidates is announced on 9 July 2025. Sign the contract, pay the entry fee, and submit the original 8th-grade exam results and the primary school leaving certificate by 11 July 2025.

6. For Admissions Calendar for 2nd Grade and above: Applications are considered during the holiday season until 5 July and after 16 August. The process includes filling out the online high school application form, delivering a printed copy to the school secretary with the original certificate of the last completed grade and the first-semester grades if applicable. Candidates take the subject tests and attend an interview. The admission decision is announced within up to 5 days after the interview; payment of the registration fee and signing of agreements occur within up to 10 days after the admission decision.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

New students in the 2026/2027 school year can apply for scholarships: 30% of the tuition fee for the first year of education for winners and laureates of subject competitions of the Regional Education Authorities, and if the average annual grade remains 5.00 or higher, the 30% continues in subsequent years. For the best student at grades 3 and 4, 30% of the annual tuition fee is awarded; the results of the IGCSE exams and AS exams are decisive (for the Polish curriculum, the highest average is decisive). Additional, individual scholarships are at the discretion of the School Directors.

Regent College International High School in Poland offers a Cambridge International Education pathway for students aged 14 to 18. The school provides IGCSE in Years 1–2 and International AS and A-Levels in Years 3–4, with 3–4 subjects studied in English.
