Polish and English are the languages of instruction. The Polish curriculum is delivered in Polish with bilingual delivery of two subjects per module. Modules include Mathematics and Economics; Humanities and Law; Medicine and English. An international Cambridge curriculum is taught in English from September 2021, with English-language subjects including English, History, Geography, Physics, Biology and Mathematics, and IGCSE and A-level exams are available. English-language support is provided through individual lessons with English-speaking teachers, and conversations with native speakers are included in some courses.

Regent College International High School in Poland offers a Cambridge International Education pathway for students aged 14 to 18. The school provides IGCSE in Years 1–2 and International AS and A-Levels in Years 3–4, with 3–4 subjects studied in English.
